TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY: EWS Rental can deliver or pick-up machines at the rate of $110.00 per hour. One hour minimum on all deliveries or pick-ups.

PICK UP: Customer must call the rental department when finished with the rental and ready for it to be picked-up.

INSURANCE LIABILITY: Customer must provide liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000.00 single limit and name EWS Rental at additional insured.

INSURANCE PHYSICAL DAMAGE: Customer must provide "all risk" physical damage insurance for full value of rental equipment. In Addition, EWS Rental must be listed as loss payee.

LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER: At any time if either of the above insurance requirements are not satisfied, EWS Rental will provide a Loss Damage Waiver at an additional 15% of the normal rental rates. This coverage includes accidental damage or loss to the equipment excluding any physical abuse. The customer is responsible for the first $1,000.00 per occurrence regardless of the cause.

RENTAL DEPOSIT: A deposit, plus all rental charges in advance is required for all cash and new customers.

LEASE TERMS: A percentage of rentals paid may be applied towards the purchase of the same machine.

LONG TERM RENTALS: Special rates available on 6 or 12 month leases.  Call for quote

OVERTIME RATES:
One day rental is based on 8 hours maximum use within a 24 hour period.
One week rental is based on 40 hours maximum use within a 7 day period.
One month rental is based on 160 hours maximum use within a 28 day period.
Additional hours and late returns will be charges as overtime rate - 1/8 the daily rate per hour.

DAILY MAINTENANCE: Customer is responsible for normal daily maintenance. Customer is also liable for unusual wear and tear on the equipment along with tire damage.

WEEKEND RATES: Weekend rates are available - please call for quote.

TRUCK SIZE: 3/4 ton truck or larger needed when towing rental equipment.
